This position reports to the Collections Manager and supports a variety of Collections and Accounts Receivable activities. The main responsibilities of this role include performing collections on over 800 commercial accounts, reviewing aging reports, providing customer service to clients regarding their outstanding balance and questions on invoices owed, and also performing cash applications. This role requires 3 yrs of background performing high volume collections on commercial accounts as well as hands on background working within an ERP or MRP system.
